Import BSA Troop 727 Calendar Into MS Outlook

Step 1. Open bsatroop727.org in your web browser

Step 2. Right click on the small calendar icon under Upcoming Events under “more”

Step 3. In Outlook, choose Tools - Account Settings and click the Internet Calendars tab. Press Ctrl+V to paste the URL of the ICS file that you copied in the previous step. Click Add.

The Internet Calendar is now part of your Outlook Send/Receive group and whenever you press F5, Outlook will synchronize it's content with the online BSA Troop 727 Calendar.

Remember that this is a one way “read only” access to BSA Troop 727's online calendar. This means that you will not be able to make changes to the calendar, however, any changes the troop makes will be reflected in Outlook the next time Outlook refreshes the calendar display.
